Privacy Policy

Innoactive Inc. ("www.innoa.co.kr" hereinafter referred to as "Innoactive Inc.") has established and disclosed this personal information processing policy in accordance with Article 30 of the "Personal Information Protection Act" to protect the personal information of the data subject and address any related grievances promptly and smoothly.

This privacy policy will be applied from September 17, 2023.

Article 1 (Purpose of Processing Personal Information)

Innoactive Inc. ("www.innoa.co.kr" hereinafter referred to as "Innoactive Inc.") processes personal information for the following purposes. The processed personal information will not be used for purposes other than those specified below. In the event of a change in purpose, we will take necessary measures such as obtaining separate consent in accordance with Article 18 of the "Personal Information Protection Act."

1. For marketing and advertising purposes.
The personal information is processed for the purpose of developing new services (products), providing personalized services, providing event and advertisement information, and offering participation opportunities.

Article 2 (Processing and Retention Period of Personal Information)

① Innoactive Inc. will process and retain personal information within the personal information retention and usage period stipulated by laws or the period consented to by the data subject at the time of collecting the personal information.

② The individual personal information processing and retention periods are as follows:

1.For marketing and advertising purposes.
Personal information related to marketing and advertising will be retained and used for the stated purposes for up to 3 years from the date of consent.

Article 3 (Items of Personal Information Processed)

① Innoactive Inc. processes the following personal information items:

1. For marketing and advertising purposes.
Mandatory items: Name, company phone number
Optional items: Mobile phone number, email.

Article 4 (Procedure and Method of Personal Information Destruction)

① Innoactive Inc. shall destroy the relevant personal information without delay when the retention period of personal information has elapsed or the purpose of processing has been achieved.

② If the retention period of personal information consented by the information subject has expired or the processing purpose has been achieved, but the personal information needs to be preserved according to other laws, the personal information will be moved to a separate database (DB) or stored in a different location.

③ The procedure and method for destroying personal information are as follows:

1. Destruction Procedure
Innoactive Inc. selects personal information that has a reason for destruction and destroys the personal information after obtaining approval from the personal information protection officer of Innoactive Inc.

2. Destruction Method
Personal information printed on paper is destroyed by shredding or incineration.
Electronic file format information is destroyed using a technical method that makes the records non-reproducible.

Article 5 (Rights and Obligations of the Information Subject and their Legal Representatives)

① The information subject can exercise their rights such as access, correction, deletion, and processing stop requests to Innoactive Inc. at any time.

② The exercise of rights according to paragraph 1 can be done to Innoactive Inc. through written, email, fax, etc. as per the enforcement regulations of the "Personal Information Protection Act" Article 41, Paragraph 1, and Innoactive Inc. will take action without delay.

③ The exercise of rights according to paragraph 1 can also be done through a legal representative or an agent such as an authorized individual. In this case, a power of attorney must be submitted according to the format in the “Personal Information Processing Method Notice (No. 2020-7).”

④ Personal information access and processing stop requests can be limited according to the "Personal Information Protection Act" Articles 35(4) and 37(2).

⑤ If personal information is specified as a collection target in other laws, the request for its correction and deletion cannot be made.

⑥ Innoactive Inc. verifies whether the person making the request for access, correction, deletion, or processing stop of personal information is the person themselves or a legitimate representative.

Article 6 (Measures to Ensure the Security of Personal Information)

Innoactive Inc. takes the following measures to ensure the security of personal information:

1. Establishment and Implementation of an Internal Management Plan
For the safe processing of personal information, we have established and are implementing an internal management plan.

2. Minimization and Training of Personal Information Handling Staff
Designate and limit the staff handling personal information to minimize and manage personal information.

3. Restriction of Access to Personal Information
Measures are in place to control access to personal information by granting, changing, and canceling access rights to the personal information processing database system. Unauthorized access from the outside is controlled using an intrusion prevention system.

4. Technical Measures Against Hacking
Innoactive Inc. has installed security software, conducts regular updates and checks, and controls access from the outside to prevent personal information leaks and damage from hacking or computer viruses. The system is installed in an area controlled for external access and is monitored technically and physically.

5. Entry Control for Unauthorized Persons
Physical storage locations containing personal information have separate access control procedures established and in operation.

6. Use of Locking Devices for Document Security
Documents and auxiliary storage media containing personal information are stored in a secure location with locking devices.

Article 7 (Installation, Operation, and Rejection of Automatic Personal Information Collection Devices)

① Innoactive Co., Ltd. uses 'cookies' to offer individualized, tailored services to users by storing and retrieving usage information on an ongoing basis.
② A cookie is a small piece of information that a server (https) running a website sends to a user's computer browser, which can also be stored on the user's PC hard disk.
a. Purpose of using cookies: Cookies are used to understand user visit patterns and usage of various services and websites, popular search terms, secure connection status, etc., to provide optimized information to users.
b. Installation, Operation, and Rejection of Cookies: Users can refuse to store cookies by adjusting the option settings in the privacy menu through Tools > Internet Options in the web browser.
c. If cookie storage is refused, there may be difficulties in using personalized services.

Article 8 (Collection, Use, Provision, and Refusal of Behavioral Information)

Innoactive Co., Ltd. does not collect, use, or provide behavioral information for online personalized advertising purposes.

Article 9 (Criteria for Additional Use and Provision)

nnoactive Co., Ltd., in accordance with Articles 15(3) and 17(4) of the "Personal Information Protection Act" and Article 14-2 of the Enforcement Decree of the same Act, may use or provide personal information for additional purposes without the consent of the data subject. In this context, Innoactive Co., Ltd. has considered the following:

▶ Whether the purpose of the additional use or provision of personal information is related to the original collection purpose.

▶ Whether, given the circumstances or processing practices at the time of collection, there is a foreseeable possibility of additional use or provision.

▶ Whether the additional use or provision of personal information unfairly infringes upon the rights of the data subject.

▶ Whether measures such as pseudonymization or encryption have been taken to ensure security.

※ The criteria for considering additional use or provision are determined and disclosed independently by the business/organization.

Article 13 (Department that Receives and Processes Personal Information Access Requests)

According to Article 35 of the "Personal Information Protection Act", data subjects can request access to personal information from the department mentioned below. Innoactive Co., Ltd. will strive to ensure that personal information access requests from the data subject are processed promptly.

Article 14 (Remedies for the Infringement of the Rights of the Data Subject)

Those who have had their rights or interests infringed upon by a decision or omission made by the head of a public institution in response to demands based on the provisions of Articles 35 (Access to Personal Information), 36 (Correction or Deletion of Personal Information), and 37 (Suspension of Personal Information Processing) of the "Personal Information Protection Act" can request an administrative trial in accordance with the Administrative Litigation Act.

Article 16 (Changes to the Personal Information Processing Policy)

① This personal information processing policy will be applied from September 17, 2023.
